She holds a PhD in Political Science and Sociology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca, a Master’s in Criminal Mediation from the University of Valencia, a Postgraduate Degree in Victimology from the University of the Basque Country, and a Postgraduate Degree in Counselling from Ramon Llull University. Her professional career has developed in three main areas: Teaching and Academic Management (1994–2008), Media (1996–present), and Social Action (2015–present). Since 2019, she has been the Director of Betania, an association dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support for victims of intra-ecclesial sexual abuse.
