We're happy to share this news we received from Sr Jacinta Ondeng SSND, an alumna of our diploma course.
I participated in the Uniservitate Award 2022, which gives recognition to "Service-Learning Experiences in Catholic Higher Education" in various regions.
I presented on what I have done to promote the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults since obtaining the Diploma in Safeguarding in 2019. My entry was called "Development of a Course on Safeguarding of Minors and Vulnerable Adults".
I am happy to let you all know that my work earned an "Honorable Mention" for the African regional hub.
