On September 4 and 5 a conference on: Clero Católico : Reconstruindo Identidades em Meio A Crises took place in São Paolo, Brazil.
It was the first time in Brazil that the topic of Child Sexual Abuse within the Catholic Church was addressed publicly.
Professor Demasure spoke to the audience twice on the following topics : Child Sexual Abuse in the Catholic Church: Exploring Causes, and on Prevention and Child Sexual Abuse : An Ecological Approach.
