Mark Joseph Williams, clerical abuse survivor, serves as Special Advisor, Archdiocese of Newark, Review Board Member, Eastern Province of Jesuits, USA, and Survivor Advocate member for International Safeguarding Conference Committee of North America, USCCB (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops). Mark is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with expertise in forensics, trauma and addiction. He serves on the Expert Roster, New York City Office of the Mayor. An accomplished author, public speaker and certified executive coach, Mark is Co-Founder of Global Collaborative, a survivor led organization which was instrumental to engage the United Nations including The Holy See in 2022 to establish November 18th in perpetuity across the globe as UN World Day for Prevention of and Healing from Child Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Violence. Mark lives in New Jersey, USA with his wife, Karen. They have four grown children and six grandchildren.
