After undergraduate studies in Spain and Germany, Carolina García Rizo obtained a postgraduate Masters degree at the College of Europe (Poland) and a Masters degree in International Relations at the International University of Andalusia. She gained wide experience in the field of European Affairs through various positions within public and private institutions in Brussels (Belgium). In Rome, she completed an online Masters degree in Pastoral Care in the Context of Migration and Human Mobility from the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
