Survivors' Message to Australia Released

During thousands of private sessions, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse listened to the stories of Australian victims and survivors, who were then invited to write messages to the Australian community. More than 1,000 messages, many handwritten, were gathered into a book entitled Message to Australia, which was entrusted to the National Library of Australia during the Royal Commission's last sitting on 14 December 2017. This testimony to survivors' courage is available for perusal online on the Royal Commission's website.
