In the presence of Cardinal Seán O’Malley ofm.cap (President of the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors) and of Archbishop Charles Scicluna from Malta (former Promoter of Justice, CDF), Fr. Mario Ángel Flores Ramos (Rector of the UPM) and Fr. Hans Zollner SJ (President of the CCP) signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Universidad Pontificia de México (the first university founded in America) and the CCP.
