Three members of the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors – Dr. Gabby Dy-Liacco, Msgr. Robert Oliver and Fr. Hans Zollner SJ – gave a workshop in Manila (24 – 27 August) to the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines on Safeguarding of Minors.
