On 4th November the Opening Conference of the E-learning Programme on Safeguarding, developed and implemented in collaboration with the CCP, took place at  the ICLA (Institute for Consecrated Life in Asia). Fr. Samuel Cannilang, Director of ICLA, gave an inaugural address and CCP Alumni Dr. Maria Carmen La Vina, Msgr. Ramon Masculino and Fr. James Kannanthanam gave talks on different aspects of the issue.

About 125 participants attended the one-day seminar.
