On April 19, 2017, CCP Diploma course alumnus Br. Victor Hugo Merino Conde gave a talk entitled “Preventive Action Towards Sexual Abuse” at the General Council of the Brothers of Charity, addressing the provincials and regional superiors present for the week long meeting here in Rome.
