Meeting with survivors of abuse at St. Patrick’s College Ballarat, Australia

On Saturday, 30^th of July, Kathleen McCormack and Fr. Zollner SJ met with survivors of abuse in Ballarat (Victoria). Andrew Collins and Peter Blenkinhorn in their conversation at the beginning of March in Rome had invited Fr. Zollner to visit the two Catholic schools, St. Alipius and St. Patrick’s College, and to learn about the safeguarding programme that these schools are implementing. Bishop Paul Bird as well as the (vice-)principals of both schools and the chairs of the Catholic school association where present.
